I don't see how that would ever work.

Some important reasons for anonymous posting include whistle-blowing, for instance, and maybe some cases of job-searching.

On a more playful angle, I sometimes use anonymous posting to post humorous rejoinders to something I have posted previously.

That said, I don't like anonymous posting for the purpose of hiding silly questions, etc.

Well then my idea is good. People with a serious reason for posting anon can still do it, and just log in to see the response, those with silly or malicious postings probably couldn't be bothered. Also, the former could subscribe without comment to their own anon posting in order to watch it.

Anyway, this is way OT
