Grounding Transformer S/Down

We generally S/Down grounding tr. in132/33/0.440 system alternately in two 33kv main bus system separated by sectional isolators.Is it possible to S/Down simultaneously of the said tr. (33kv/0.440kv).If not why and what afterwards.
