But our problem is when open dwg system get slow or close.

Did you see the recommended system requirements:-

  • 3.0 GHz Intel Pentium IV or greater
  • Windows XP Professional or later
  • 2 GB RAM
  • 1600x1200 with True Color
  • 128 MB or greater OpenGL-capable graphics card

And do you meet them?

Failing which, if, when you mention "dwg system," are you attempting to open an AutoCAD drawing? If so, is your version of CadWorx /AutoCAD-compatible?
