There are 28 different island countries in the Caribbean. You may have to deal with a few import/export regulations here.

These are great at geoblasting and they work anywhere, not just in the Caribbean.

Rentals? As with ICBMs, you can rent them for as long as you like, just so long as you don't use them. Else it's "you break it, you buy it."
