Vessel Design

Hey,

what are the Codes and Standards used in design of following vessels??

Ullage vessel (solar thermal power plant)

waste HTF (heat transfer fluid) tank

clean HTF tank.

i did try to find answer by myself, didn't get any satisfactory results.

if anyone aware of this, please help me.
