pressure-retaining

Pressure retaining is not a complete title as far as I am aware. I would maybe add "vessel" after retaining. It then makes more sense.

If it is in relation to a vessel, then some options would be:

..... Receiver: mainly for compressed air storage, or

.....accumulator: usually hydraulic

If this is not the case then you would need to supply more details
