Since you seem to be in the business of Epoxy Flooring, ask one of your own consultants. Did you mean to say "under" epoxy flooring?

I would guess that there would be a slight increase of infrared radiation reflected off of the epoxy flooring due to the gloss of the epoxy. An infrared camera looking for thermal glare would be the method to prove my idea. It won't make a difference in the heating of the room.
