ABB MasterNet User's Manual

I am working with a crane control system based on AC410, CPU PM150. The problem is that I'm having problems with some communication interfaces:

CI-545: TCP/IP interface

CS-513: MasterBus 300 interface

I need the ABB MasterNet User's Manual to check the configuration and installation issues but I can't find a full version of it (only a couple of chapters). Is there anyone that can send me the manual I'm looking for or some other information? Thanks

Thank you for your answer,

I've already have this document but it's for communication with external computers and there is nothing about the communications interfaces I have problems with.

I have also made this question on the ABB official forum and to the official ABB support center but they didn't answer me yet so I decided to try here because I need it as fast as possible. Thanks again for your time and consideration.
