International Code for Depth of Buried Cable in Different Voltage Level HV & LV

Please help by providing the specific code NEC or IEC or IEE to get the guidance on the buried cable depth at different voltage levels and their respective clearance.

IEEE, NESC, Section 35 Direct Buried Cable, Rule 353 Deliberate Separations - Equal to or Greater than 300 mm (12 in) From Underground Structures or Cables and Rule 354 Random Separation - Separation Less Than 300 mm (12 in) From Underground Structures or Other Cables.

See burial depths in Table 352-1.

Because client is asking for internationally accepted code..it is well known that several countries has their different practise.but it is not being asked here.
