my juki 555-0-6 sewing machine display shows E7 moter not running what is this problem solve this problem

It says motor not running, is the motor running?? If not check to see if there is a thread jam in the machine under the bobbin plate or above the needle shaft. It may be jammed up into the machine. You may have to open the side and remove the thread.

UNPLUG THE MACHINE FIRST!!!!!
