Hi Guys,
I would like to get your help in the following topics: I ) How to evaluate the special hazards ( low , average , high or panic ) ? II) How to evaluate risk of fire ( high , ordinary or low ) ? III) How to calculate / estimate the Flash Density ?
Above parameters are required by a specialist in order to establish his design of the lightning protection system of a Tower of 3 basements and 65 floors on the cost of red sea.
Kindly help.Best Regards,,

You should:

1. Go to school.

2. Search the internet.

3. Ask your tutor.

4. If you are being paid to do this, hire an electrical engineer to do it for you.

5. If you are not being paid, you are worth every penny of it.

The questions you asked are far too detailed and require many hours of schooling and training before being qualified to perform the tasks you have mentioned.

This question, and your other question leaves me suspicious of your intentions. I hope you are just a student and that you aren't really trying to design a REAL system.

This should help quite a bit and is what I use when necessary (I have the hard back version).

If you need more information be aware that the risk management standard mentioned (IEC 62305-2) has to be purchased from a standards website.
