"selection criterion between Ferritic steels and Austenitic steels" for what application?

Same question. What's the application? Air/water/acid/sewage/oil/petroleum/ vacuum?

Context please.

Meaning is same.

Actually the query is for what Application one has to select which type of steel alongwith limitations. Similarly the Application limitations of Full flange or Derated Pipe class.

Thanks in Advance!!!

It is the same question as the selection criteria between using a taxi or a boat or a train or an aeroplane: they are all modes of transport though which one to use depends upon the application.
