As a ball mill does not effect chemical change, the formula of the product is the same as the formula of the starting material.

Can't really tell for sure from the OP, but I think he wants the magic formula for coating the powder - perhaps to make pellets or capsules?

I've good idea what the OP is looking for and its purpose.

The process is patented by a UK company. It took a long time to develop. I'm sure a licence could be granted, but it's going to cost a lot of money to obtain it.

Even though it's a good few years since I left the company, I'm still bound by my contract.
