Where have you looked, so far, for the answers?

That may save us all some time if you let us know what you've done to find the information.

Have you looked at the normal sources???

You must initiate a mock repair and document with a WPS, PQR, WQR made by the welder who is to do repair work often this is one welder on the spread or 2 depending on pipe diameter. The second welder only has to do the WQR. All rules API 1104 apply.

Some pipeline companies fail to use this however if is a requirement by contract and was missed during estimation (run the estimator off) .

This is what I had to do for all API work that came through my shop for all in Africa / ME , Gulf and land pipeline spools etc, even though we were ASME BPV code NB, U & R .
