Strengths of Metal

what about the strengths like tensile yield when the metal temparature falls from 100-0 degree celcius

Typically slight increase, I think, but without being sure.

Water boils at 100 and freezes at 0°C.

Not very harsh temperatures for the undefined term "metal".

When temperature falls from 100 to 0 deegree C, tensile & yield stress both should increase.

But sometimes the choice of cooking style is questionable????

It depends on the metal. You can consult matweb.com for almost any material. If you're looking for higher temperature properties, hightempmetals.com is good.
