VD4 ABB 6.6kV Breaker

sir..

we have 6.6 kv VD4 ABB make breakers for 800 kw Ht motors, i am facing a problem that, breaker operations are good in test mode(no load trial) electrical and manual. but when we keeping in service mode(on load trial), breaker not closing. not even in mechanical operation, why it is happening,.? May be any problem with soft starter? if so, Breaker should not close, trip even in test mode. soft starter make is Jayasee electron. pune. CTMR type.

i checked 110 VDC. it is good, all relays are reset,

please give some suggestions to salve it.

dont use mechanical operation to close the breaker in service position.

there must be some interlocks which prevent the breaker to close in the service position. check control drawing for the breaker closing circuit in service position and never by-pass any interlock circuit to close the breaker.

check the drawing and send your feed back.
