The Redneck way: Take the FWD Differential Apart and weld the side gears and pinion mates to each other. Of course, it won't corner very well afterward.......

You can find the locking differential you want through the many aftermarket Honda parts suppliers. Having it installed is not an inexpensive procedure. Installation requires very exact mearurements to set the ring and pinion exactly right. The price of the part will be only half the cast, as you will find out. Why do you need a locking differential?

Have you changed the original wheels on the car? Torque steer is affected by the wheel offset. Early Mini Coopers were almost uncontrollable under WIT driving in city traffic.

When GM brought out the Toronado, the wheels looked like the inner wheels from a duel wheel truck. But, they had taken out the torque steer. Who else do you know that is driving a setup similar to yours? How are they dealing with wheels and tires? Unless wheel-spin is way out of control, more offset, and wider rubber will cost lots less, and should eliminate most of your issues. Good luck.

Your FWD is already pretty stable, but here is a link:

Have you considered any AWD models, or just buying a Subaru?

EDIT...oops, someone already linked there!

I'd be surprised if you couldn't get one from Quaife. They are not cheap but the V-dub enthusiasts love them.

Good luck with your quest.
