By reading your textbook and doing the math.

Also, power distribution voltages should not be touched by amateurs.

You will find VCB's come in a limited range of standard sizes. All you have to do is work out how to utilise the VCB you have selected.

VISIONS VCB is a 35-acre year round residential rehabilitation and training center in Rockland County, New York, 35 miles north of New York City in the Village of New Hempstead. Since it's founding over 85 years ago, VCB has become one of the largest and most comprehensive overnight training and vision rehabilitation facilities in the United States. Year round on weekends and during summer sessions, VCB serves 600 people of all ages.
