How Do You Use Infrared Thermography in Civil Engineering?

Besides the common infrared thermography application like building energy surveys, cement curing analysis, what other lesser known applications are there for infrared thermography in the civil engineering field?

Thanks Rixter: Great resource. While I knew all the concrete applications, was only aware of tension test, but the article gave good details on tension test with thermograhy. So it helped me out. (plumbing and moisture wasn't unique to civil engineering) We'll see if anyone here knows of other thermography application mostly applicable/unique to civil engineering.
