Ics for MCB against IEC 60947 Vs IEC 60898

I read a note that MCB having the Rated breaking capacity as follows.

10kA According to IEC 60898

15kA According to IEC 60947-2

How it could have 2 values according to different standards?

And the IEC titles of these documents are? What country are they for? If you are too lazy to include all the information, don't expect help. We are helpful but not an information bureau!
