Open your Cybac program and find the parameter that controls axis home position and adjust that to where ever you want it.

Or it could be set by a limit switch that could easily be adjusted.

But I think that should be easily programmable from the machine controls as some smaller bends on large runs would be very expensive waste of time if you left it wide open instead of shortening the stroke.

All the press brakes I have operated including old analog controls allowed easy stroke adjustments.

i am sorry ,the wrong answer please quote if you are familiar with it .the limit switch is only used with synchronised type machines (with mech depth setting).

Not meaning to start a flame war but the answers I gave were good ones, maybe not what you wanted to read, but you didn't give a whole lot of information did you?

So you do not have a synchronised machine with mech depth setting!

Please give some more useful information.

There is plenty of references to TDC settings in the Cybelec DNC 60 PS user manual available in the net. What was not helpful in there?

Check your settings for the beam management with the linear encoder.

This machine should be able to automatically change the TDC in each sequence, without adjustment of switches. That is for the DNC 60 PC (has Standard configuration: Y0-Y, X-R.)

How much is lower than existing and which model do you have? The above will still have a limit for the lowest point. What exactly do you need to do?

What did the manufacturer say?

i am having the dnc 600s (which is dnc 60 basically ) the distance between the V opening and the punch tip is 45cm and i want to make it 22cm to save the time .the

source of measuring is a linear scale/encoder .

in the beam parameters page i am unable to understand ,which parameter will be set to

change the existing TDC point to lower position.

best regards

Could you trial this without a workpiece in place?

There is not many options for the settings or is there?

If I get you right you just need to know what that setting actually means.

Maybe time to pick up the phone to talk to a qualified engineer from the vendor.

Now you've done it - in his original post, he directed, "Kindly : don't Tell me to contact to manufacturer"!
