"New" CR4 Operating Instructions?

Maybe I missed it, but is there some post that explains how to use this new version of CR4? Like is there an easy way to find the "Login" prompt? Is there a way to paste text into a discussion?

If you don't see the login button in its usual place, you need to do a hard refresh of your browser (CTRL+R or F5). Then you'll see that things aren't all that different. Thanks to lyn and Nigh for the other useful links.
