Then you have a fault. You need to have an electrician investigate and remove the fault so that the things don't trip.

Hi,

Nowadays ELCB/RCCB trippings are not necessarily caused by faults. Switched-mode-power-supplies (SMPS) commonly found in electronic equipment, for example, computers and the like, are inherently "leaky". They cause standing earth leakage currents even though such equipments may be perfectly healthy. Single phase ELCBs are "sensitized" by standing currents which reduce their threshold tripping current. On the other hand, 3-phase ELCB are desensitized by such standing earth leakage currents. Therefore, check that you do not have too many computers or other SMPS equipment connected to the single phase ELCB. As a matter of good practice, where possible, avoid using three phase DB & ELCB to supply single phase loads.
