PMS And TMS Of Numerical Relay

Can any one tell me, are pms and tms also used in numerical relay. and if yes how can we change the pms and tms of numerical relay.

The specific relay i want to know about is siemens 7SJ6001

The specific questions I want to know about are what happens when you google Siemens 7SJ6001, why didn't you do that before posting here, and why didn't you pick up the phone and talk to the "anyone" on the other end at Siemens first? Is it just laziness?
