The Highways Agency operates, maintains and
improves the road network across the UK. If you're looking for an opportunity to

You'll be at the centre of developing,
implementing and maintaining a diverse range of road lighting solutions. This
could include managing systems, assets, design and maintenance requirements.
Other responsibilities include liaising with contractors and consultants,
improving electrical safety on the network and ensuring key benchmarks are met.
We're looking for someone with experience
in a relevant technical area. This could be from a range of fields such as road
lighting, sign lighting, telecommunications or electrical safety. You'll also
need to be able to deal with statistical evidence so a qualification in this
area (A-level Maths/Physics or above) is a must, along with ILP (or ILE) Exterior Lighting
Diploma.
