Hi Ron,

Can you provide some more information? Some things that would be helpful:

  • The web browser you're using
  • Operating system and whether you're using a computer, tablet, phone, etc.
  • Whether you can see the text editor's toolbar, which has the camera icon where you add a picture
  • What happens when you try to post pictures

Ok, thanks for the info. I'll pass it along to our dev support team and see what they can find out.

In the meantime, I suggest trying to post pictures from Internet Explorer or Firefox and see if you get the same result.

I have had the same issue.

IE11
Win 7 Pro, SP1
Yes, I see the camera icon
As described, no response when I try to insert a pic

I also get no response when I try to insert a special character (pi, umlaut u...) The CR4 emoticon selector doesn't work either, but I can copy and paste one of them as a workaround.

I've just been waiting, figured it is a bug being worked out.

I have exactly the same problem and have had for several months. Tried everything I can think of - no dice. The internet/computers/software continues to become a giant pain in the butt.

IE 11

WIN 7 on Dell Laptop

Yes, can see camera icon. Clicking on it brings up the URL or browse function. I choose a picture on browse, which is correctly identified but submitting produces no result. Also tried copy/paste and CTRL C/V - still no result.

Follow up: I used Google Chrome just now and it worked fine! Down with Microsoft.

PM's seem OK, but I've not tried on forum recently. Win 7, laptop, Firefox;

Dunno how this will turn out, but I can see it in the edit box....
