I can't read the whole article, but I think these are the solar farms that are cooking birds.

Oh well, it'll just be another taxpayer fleecing. I'm sort of getting numb to it.

. Ivanpah cost $2.2 billion. Warren Buffett paid the same amount for the world's largest photovoltaic plant just up the road outside Bakersfield That plant will generate 1.5-times as much power as Ivanpah.

This is just depressing.

On a brighter note...within a few years, people from northern CA will be able to ride the $64 billion high speed rail, to go down and tour the solar farm.

Just a few years to ride the high speed rail,… and only $64 billion,… this didn’t age well.

With its expected completion in 2030 possible 2033 mor than likely way passed that, with a price tag of $128 billion if history is correct, twice that amount.
