Pipe Support Crevice Corrosion

11/13/2014 9:53 AM

Are your pipe supports giving you headaches, how to inspect them, repair the piping and have a lasting solution?

Lift-Off pipe supports have a lasting effect on crevice corrosion mitigation. These pipe supports have been specifically designed to drain trapped liquid under the pipe.

These supports raise the line approximately 1/2" and can be installed without any hot work.

Ideally suited for hard to maintain and inspect areas and range from 1" to 72" lines and weigh much less than conventional supports.

Lift-Off supports are ideally suited for uninsulated lines, can be used where line shoes have fallen off the support steelwork.

I'd like a sample of the supports for:

1",2",3",4",5",6" and all the rest through 64". I don't work on big pipe.

I also need supports for short pipe, long pipe, curved pipe, uphill, downhill, and flat land pipe. Flanged pipe in all sizes, too.

Pre-rusted, if available. That will save us some time, on-site, applying the rust.

Send it to my summer home in upper BFE. FOB, of course.

ASAP, AIW.

Maybe my eyes are deceiving me, but I think I still see surface contact between the pipe and support. And the last time I checked, thats where corrosion grows, between surface contacts. And if you have enough liquid draining off your pipes that you need to a special channel, then you have more problems than just corrosion.

I can't help those that can't see, for they will always live in the dark.
