Hi

Need help in Turbocharger failure diagnosis for high horse power application especially leakage from Turbine side .

Amazing. You give me so little to go on. You don't even indicate what you learned over the phone with the manufacturer. Absolutely amazing. You certainly need help. I don't know exactly whàt.

Turbine shaft bearing failure due to lack of lubrication, incorrect lubricant, oil seal leak, poor maintenance, no maintenance, excessively high exhaust temperature, improper warm up time, improper cool down time, lack of or failure of turbine lube oil pressure accumulator, gasket failure, improper "waste-gate" operation or failure causing excess pressure, and/or turbo has been in service long enough to be worn out.

I suggest you have a competent person analyze your system and identify which of the above are true.

recheck leaking part if it can be repaired with gaskets or seal other than that, it cant be helped, replaced it.
