Until there are chinese that cook buns with cardboard filling, they could not be considered the richest. But their government is sure has alot of power and capacities nowadays.

Consider 2 men, one with 2 kids and other with 8 kids. Man with 2 kids earn $16300 and other $16500. So income per child is $8150 & $2062. So who is richer?.
