To design TRT capacity, how Blast Furnace top gas flow rate (Nm3/hr) shall be estimated ?

What kind of unit is Nm3/hr? I have never seen that before. Are you referring to m3/hr at "normal" standard conditions? You should probably also be looking at mass flow, since that is what makes the spinny thingy go around. Temperature and pressure are key to understanding that also.
