Indoor Termination

Can we used 33kv indoor termination as outdoor termination in over head transmission line.

If the manufacturer that fabricated that termination designed it for indoors and outdoors use they likely would not call it an indoor termination. They would call it just a termination. So either somebody mislabeled that termination an indoor only termination or you should not use it outdoors.
