Group Insertions in Battery Industry

While inserting the group in to container we are getting problems is there any possibility for vacuum group insertion?

A vacuum is just the lack of the gas we call air. A vacuum region working with an atmospheric pressure region can produce considerable force with a sufficient area. More force on something that doesn't fit will just more likely break.

More power can just mean more mess to clean up.

Your basic problem is, plate group is more than the slot it should go in. It could be by wrong design or improper thickness control while making plates. Almost 1/3 rd should go in freely and then balance be inserted with gentle push by hand or machine arm, in between the taper side walls of plastic container. By Vacuum it is not done , as there is no access and top is open. You may also try by covering the group with thin plastic sheet and then insert the group. It will reduce the friction of end negative plates. Too tight boxing will impair the performance of the plates.
