UPS in TNS with Built In Transformer at Output

01/07/2015 7:20 PM

The UPS 400/230V, 20KVA in TNS 3P, 4W as source and factory ups provide transformer at output side of ups (after converter UPS) and so contactor three poles. I request them to solidly earthed with contactor in neutral to earth. The manual is forbidden to solidly earthed for neutral of this transformer. how come the earth leakage will trip at load side and we cannot accept in IT system for out put UPS). any idea or alternaitive solution?. what is benefit the transfor in incoming or in out going UPS?
