Standby UPS Requirements

we have online 160 kva ups system.. but ups power failed regularly in verioues reasons.. we conncted this ups to critical equipment.. once power was failed.. entire our product was loss are discarted.. if really required the standby ups ?.. or any other solutions.

Call a qualified electrician and have them diagnose your service. Yes, they will charge you for their services.

Then, call someone who is qualified to size a UPS and ask them for help.

OEM ( original equipment manufacture) team also visit, and entire system verified. and he is suggested to go to stand by ups system.

Check when you have replaced the batteris of UPS. Consult trained engineer /technician to diagnosie the problem correctly.

I have a 500kVA APC Symmetra for critical loads.

I have two 1000 kVA generators for the entire facility.

We haven't lost power to our critical load for over fifteen years, and that's when someone crossed busses because they didn't know what they were doing.

You're doing something wrong.

Please more information is required. What's the load capacity, load specification, is it adequet with the ups. If so yes then check your instalation. Also how did the ups failed kind of failer.

Normally you need redundant UPS and stand by diesel engine for essential loads to avoid any power supply problem in the future.
