Please describe the nature of the failure. Burst diaphragm? Corrosion? Railway locomotive crushing it?

Failure are typically splits in the bladder (viton). the Union pumping rate is 14 gpm. Pressure is 400 psi at 180F.

Make & Model of Duplex Pump?; Normal Operating Pressures?; Strokes per Minute?; Mud Type? Running mud motor or conventional drilling, or is the pump used for some other purpose?; Any other information you can provide? What is often?
