First Net Zero Electric facility in the US !

I read about your facility and heard about your amazing energy and building monitoring system. From what I read you are the First Net Zero Electric Commercial building in the US. Thats amazing!

The info said your building is about 42,000 sqft, about 100 employees and a 50/50 mix of offices and shop. How the heck did you manage to become net zero electric?

This is the same place and monitoring system featured in HPAC magazing Nov 2006 - article titled Net Zero Energy Buildiing right?

If so would there be a chance to work with the team that did the building and designed the monitoring system? If so what is the best way to move forward?

PS The images of your monitoring system are amazing - glad to hear you got the patent and trade mark from what I read.

First commercial building to achieve Net Zero Electric
