Selecting an Agitator Blade

Please help me to select blade suitable for this tank. the details are as followings: Tank 400 M3 Quantity: 2 Purpose: Mix end-product Temperate: 85 oC Max Density: 0.9 Vicosity: 23.7 cP at 50 oC Mounting position: side of tank (horizontal) Height of tank: 7.5 m Diameter of tank: 8.5 m Volume: 400 M3 Electrical power: 380V/ 50Hz/ 3 Ph Thanks

Dear sir,

S.S Blade with 2/3 dia of tank dia with 45 deg inclination and 10 mm thick with 7-10 rpm for stirring and lessthan 100 rpm for agitation and more than 500 rpm for hetrogenious mixing with paddler arrangements.

Thanks Mr. Sankar verymuch!

With type of vertical axis, I can calculate the blade of agitator for that tank, but with type of horizontal I don't know How can I calculate dia. of blade of agitator and how many baldes for this agistator?

I would suggest whoever you go with to purchase the Agitator Blade that you consider the Kolsterising treatment to surface harden it without dimensional change or loss of corrosion resistant capibilities.
