Get a copy of the Indian Standards and read it for yourself.

Type "Indian Electrical Standards" into a search engine!!

We don't do homework here and we don't answer interview questions.

If you are working with power in India you should have a copy of the standard.

It is a function of the neutral current and the earth loop impedance, as has been explained in this forum countless times before. <sigh>

I think you have to read SECTION 3 EARTH FAULT PROTECTION IN CONSUMER'S PREMISES of Indian Standard IS 3043/87 [reaffirmed 2005].However I agree with PWSlack, of course.
