A thorough literature evaluation by a qualified engineer, followed by demonstrations of the products by a tech rep, followed by an informed decision by a that engineer.
In other words, if you have to ask, get competent help, this job is too much for you.
One is for water projects, one is for HVAC projects. The only differences are in the pre-loaded application profiles. So the Water version will not have application profiles geared toward fans, and the HVAC version will only have water based application profiles geared toward HVAC equipment such as cooling towers and circulating pumps. Other than that, they are exactly the same.

None really.. a VFD, Variable Frequency Drive, in a basic form is just that a device that varies the frequency output to a motor to control the motor RPM. (you understand the basics of a VFD yes?)
Together Danfoss, and ONLY you as the engineer (you are the engineer in charge yes?) will be able to determine by reading the tech info (as suggested) or calling the local rep (as suggested) (they have a Danfoss distribution rep in Pakistan?) to decide which one is suitable fro your need.
