02/17/2015 6:03 AM

I accidently delete some emails from my Outlook account. Now I am trying to recover lost emails but not able to do so. Is there any solution to get back lost Outlook data?

"Is there any solution to get back lost Outlook data?" - I don't know, but why do I have a funny feeling that we'll soon be informed?

Surprise, surprise! Browser RayDennie joined CR4 today, and started this thread. Browser jenjewell99, who also joined today, just happened to come along at about 15:00 GMT with a link to a commercial method of recovering lost Outlook data. The post has been deleted by admin.

It depends on when you deleted them, and how "permanently" you deleted them.

Try these steps: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/outlook/recover-deleted-messages

Must say I'm surprised that you didn't spot the set-up.

Check with your internet service provider. Your emails may still be on their server.

My ISP keeps my emails on their server for months. Even though my PC automatically downloads them as new ones arrive, occasionally I have to clean out my inbox on their server when the file size gets too large.

Well if they are in the "Deleted" folder, then just move them back to your Inbox.

More information on what you did?

RayDennie,

You had an internet worm.

The worm has turned.
