All-Edges Brownie Pan Makes My Inner Child Want to Die

I'm with the pan people... The edges are always the best.

That's it then. The battle lines are drawn. The batter stirred and poured. Nothing less than the future of mankind awaits the ominous tolling of the kitchen timer.

In a different reality, I might have called you "friend". But it is not to be. My loyalty lies in the succlent center, and yours in the crusty outer fringe.

Perhaps our children's grandchildren may one day come together in peace over a serving of some as yet uninvented chocolatey dessert. May they forgive us our entrenched culinary bias. But for us...it is WAR.

Wait wait wait. No need for war. look closer and you will see that every piece of deliciousness coming out of that pan has a harmony of both a wonderful crusty part and a splendid chewy part. Now, in the name of Betty Crocker, can't we all just get along?

Conversely we need is a pan that makes all your brownies with no edges, then I will be impressed.

With a little electronic and machine work, throw a spin on a couple axis points in the oven and add a little time.

Pray the wife doesn't come home while all hell is breaking loose in the oven.

Oh man... I think I'm in trouble...I like the edges and the middle! However, I do want my brownies to have both!...As long as their not those dang fat free brownie wannbes!

Fat free brownies?!? Merely saying those words pollutes the mouth - to cleanse yourself, you must consume mass quantities of pure righteous chocolate!
