What type of exchange do they have for the ruble, have they improve?

Russia is good in basic research but very poor in commercialization of product. They had best computor code (ternary system) but we run over Russia using Binary.

India is king in soft ware development but we have Bill Gate took Microsoft garbage and marketed around globe and every one using this.

We can make a product from someone basic research. This ability in world we have since we always get smarts people from globe and we are open society.

On the other hand Russia is close system and have no ability to welcome like we have and have no ability to commercialize thing and take the risk we do.

They can invent but we will commercialize and make money. If someone things Russia will mane $29B then that year we will add few zeros in from in our earning

Russia is good in basic research but very poor in commercialization of product.

One of the reasons was because under communist rule their productivity was based on consumption of raw materials and not finished product........an example, their camping equipment was heavy, why? because they used more material than necessary to make the product to meet their quota.

Seems unlikely but strange things do happen. I know this that the large farm equipment manufactor has bought contolling shares in a North American manufactor.

Again this is not a major international manufactor but is this just a start. I know also that if we are complasant in North American we can become the lesser. Like a car race we can think that one of the cars is ahead of the rest, the main group of cars, when in reality it could have come out of the "pits" when we were not paying attention and in reality the car is a "whole lap" behind.

We should not assume that we will always beahead, the "high" can be brought "low"- pride comes before a fall.

You have missed the point - yes all your countries are great but the Smartest country will be the one that catches the greatest share of the nanotech market and that could be anyone at this stage.
