The article makes me remember why I dropped my subscription to PM and quit buying it on the newsstands. Too much Pap.

I still don't understand why they haven't started using bio-remediation to break down the spilled oil. Bacteria engineered to break down the oil has been around for years and has a great track record to prove its effectiveness. Obviously, the current dispersant is not enough to do the job on its own.
