Will You Wear Fabrics Embedded with Electronics?

When will sports apparel and clothing manufacturers get more active in integrating electronics in their fabrics? What are the current technology barriers? I have seen a few of these and some seem pretty cool while others leave you scratching your head at the point of it.

This is one pretty cool shirt i was a while back with a built in wi-fi detector that lights up the shirt depending on how strong the wi-fi signal is.

No. To easy to invade my privacy in yet another way. Gives me a reason to make an electromagnet to eliminate that if and when it comes out.
