Ding dong, the well is dead! Finally, the BP Deepwater Horizon well in the Gulf of Mexico has been declared dead. But the clean-up of oil and other contaminants continues, along with mounting concerns regarding the safety of the Gulf's seafood. Recently, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) lowered the state standards for measuring the safety of seafood from the region. Will this help or hurt the fishing industry in the Gulf?
