I personally wouldn't like my car to biodegrade. I want it to be built from the best materials possible. Of course nowadays this comes with a price because people need to make money on this but the technology is commercially available. What if a car lasts for 100-150 years. maybe with small repairs. Wouldn't that be nice?

By the way, Recycling has been invented.
