What a bunch of bozos. 2012 can't get here soon enough. Next they will decree that pigs will fly.

Ugh.

The safetycrats have steadily increased the size and weight of our vehicles which is good for occupant safety, but you can't fool physics and thermodynamics.

The thing that really bugs me is that truck operators and trucking companies REALLY do care about efficiency and this administration somehow feels compelled to jam it down their throats. Fuel is a huge expense and when they can improve efficiency even a couple of percent, it's a big deal. When I hear expressions like win-win, I whince, because you will usually take in the shorts.
