BorgWarner unveiled their awesome new EFR turbocharger lineup at SEMA. Check out this Sierra Sierra Enterprises Time Attack Evo with a twin-scroll BorgWarner EFR 8374 turbo pushing the Cosworth mill to over 700 hp.
