Greening the Supply Chain

A pilot program from the U.S. General Services Administration offers a voluntary means for the federal government and its suppliers to work in a greener, more efficient supply chain. The GreenGov Supply Chain Partnership and Small Business Pilot, will use greenhouse gas emissions as a metric in its effort to promote clean energy and cut waste and pollution. Are greenhouse gases the right measure? Are you tracking emissions in your supply chain?

Whenever Green and Gov are used together, it usually means squandering vast amounts of money.

Sorry. If you hear any good news about what the govt is up to, let me know.

Jamming up airports, building high speed railways that no one will use and borrowing/printing money for all of it, isn't doing the trick for me.
